A Orange se le ve el plumero 285
Desde hace algún tiempo Orange venía anunciando su famosa y pionera tarifa plana de 30€ al mes por las 4h + Ocio que viene a ser algo así como escoger 4h seguidas de el día para llamar a cualquier número nacional fijo o móvil, con límite de 1000 minutos. También a partir de las 20h y fines de semana y festivos.
Pues bien, desde hace 2 meses Orange ha agregado a la factura de todos sus clientes 9€ más en concepto de “Bajo consumo”, es decir por no llegar a los 9€ de consumo que ahora ellos dicen que es el mínimo.
Cuando llamas para quejarte, te indican amablemente que tu firmaste el contrato y que en el figuraba que ellos podrían aplicar este tipo de subidas cuando quisieran; es decir que también te pueden llamar mañana y decirte que te lo suben a 60€ / mes… ¿Por que no?, si todos aceptamos ahora estos 9€… ¿Por que no subirlo más aun?.
Llama y quéjate, yo lo hice y ahora tengo un 40% de descuento en todas mis factura durante un año, esto logrado bajo amenaza de darme de baja de 2 líneas claro. Esta gente funciona así.
Por su parte Vodafone, tanto si te contactan ellos como si les contactas tu; tienen orden de ofrecer a clientes descontentos de Orange una oferta similar, sin estos 9€ de consumo mínimo y ofreciéndote pagar la penalización que implica el hecho de irte de Orange, ellos dicen que lo gestionan todo. Personalmente estoy esperando a recibir la próxima factura de Orange, y si no me convence mucho me iré a Vodafone… más por orgullo y poquitas ganas de que me tomen el pelo, que por el hecho de ahorrarte unos pocos euros.
